Every love story has a beginning

...ours starts in a Barn.

1940s

In the 1940s, our historic Barn and Bunk House were built on the Johnson Family homestead and used for their Cattle Ranch.

1960s

The Johnson Family's decision to divide their homestead into several parcels for sale marked a new chapter in their history. Despite the change in ownership, the new landowners remained committed to agriculture, with many continuing to farm or ranch on their newly acquired land. This transition allowed for a continuation of the Johnson Family's legacy, keeping the lands rooted within the agricultural industry.

2010s

The Weber Family took ownership of the Barn at Twin Ponds in the late 2010s and immediately saw the potential in the property. They wasted no time in brainstorming ideas for improvements and have since made various enhancements to nearly every acre of land, including planting a Walnut Orchard.
